We’re looking for a talented Social Media Manager to join our team and work on the internal side of the Social Success Club!

Your primary responsibility will be creating original content for Instagram and Facebook, managing the social editorial calendar, and nurturing our growing community.

We’re looking for someone who stays up-to-date with the latest tech and trends related to social media but who understands the value of foundational marketing. Basically, we want to make sure you’re knowledgable about the latest trends but know when not to chase the latest, greatest, shiny object.

Ultimately, your goal is to represent the values of SSC on social media and help us meet our various marketing goals within the scope of your role.


  • Perform market research on trends and audience
  • Implement social media strategy to align with business goals
  • Set specific objectives and report on ROI
  • Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content according to our editorial calendar
  • Monitor social media metrics
  • Nurture and grow our social media following
  • Oversee social media accounts’ design (e.g. Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures, etc.)
  • Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions
  • Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools, and applications


  • Portfolio showcasing any previous social media management experience
  • Experience with content management, light graphic design, copywriting, and optionally video editing (Reels, Tiktok, etc. included)
  • Experience working with all major social media platforms and native schedulers
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Warm, amiable internet persona
  • Familiarity with GSuite and Clickup is ideal, as we use these internally for file and project management

Our ideal Social Media Manager is someone who knows how to engage people, leverage monitoring tools for tracking, and align their work with our business goals. They have an eye for social media trends and understand how to engage with a social media audience in a way that promotes retention and growth.
